Entries include the following columns: Name of Applicant, Permit No. and Date, Block and Lot No., Name of Deceased, Date of Birth, Date of Death, Age, Marriage Status, Last Residence, Occupation and Last Disease. A “Map of Mount Joy Cemetery Lots” is in the front of the binder. It is by Greiner, dated Jan 1950 and notes that it is a reduction drawing from an original by M N Brubaker from Nov 1903.
